Our Conference Room Scheduler is a comprehensive web app that enables you to manage your conference rooms efficiently. With this system, you can add clients, configure conference rooms, and create bookings seamlessly.
When a booking is added, the client name and logo will be displayed on a tablet mounted outside the conference room along with the room name, ensuring that the client immediately knows which room is theirs. Once the booking ends, the display automatically reverts to showing the hotel's name, logo, and room details, and then switches to the next active booking when it starts.
The intuitive calendar interface allows you to drag and drop bookings, with flexible month, day, and week views.
